The team handles all operational and customer service aspects for Fleet Corporate customers, including quotes, orders, deliveries, in-life activity, customer queries, and end-of-contract processes.

What you’ll be working on:

With strong customer service and administrative skills, you’ll build relationships and contribute to growing our customer portfolio. The Sales Support Executive supports our Sales Team and interacts directly with customers, providing first-class service. Your role is crucial in delivering service excellence to the VWFS Fleet leasing portfolio and supporting departmental growth. Your customer service will distinguish us from other leasing companies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Generating quotations and processing orders within SLA deadlines.
• Handling customer queries during and after contract via email and phone.
• Supporting the external Sales Team to promote sales growth.
• Performing various administrative duties across multiple processes.
• Collaborating with other departments for information and data.
• Providing bespoke reports and fulfilling customer requests.
