As a Customer Services Executive, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide outstanding support to our clients in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include solving problems, processing orders, educating customers, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless and positive interactions.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Services Executive:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Order Processing - Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service: communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns efficiently.
  • Assist with order placements, tracking, and modifications.
  • Collect feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, including training, events, and showroom planning.
