Position: Customer Service Agent at Leeds Concrete Plant

We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious individual to coordinate ready-mixed concrete deliveries in a busy market. The successful candidate will:

• Ensure the timely and accurate input of all customer concrete orders
• Plan dispatch operations cost-effectively through active liaison with commercial, operations, and transport teams
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
• Support pre-planning of major contracts or schemes, focusing on production and transport capacity planning
• Build effective relationships with colleagues and customers through excellent communication and proactive engagement
