Your knack with customers and boundless enthusiasm for cars and bikes is what will lead you to success in this role. Ideally, you’ll already have some experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair, even as a hobby. We provide training to help you develop the necessary skills—after all, delivering market-leading standards of service is our goal.

You’ll work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, helping us impress every customer. This role involves a variety of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and servicing. We will support your development of practical problem-solving skills and your ability to work efficiently. Prior retail experience is preferred, but if you can demonstrate experience in a customer-focused sales environment, we can help you build on that.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service, ideally in retail sales
  • A proactive approach to understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Availability to work on a rota, including weekends

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair
  • Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
