Customer Services Advisor

We are recruiting a Customer Services Advisor for a successful company based in Kingswinford.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring all orders are entered into the CRM and confirmations sent to clients within 3 working days.
  2. Answering customer calls promptly, understanding their requirements, and fulfilling actions effectively.
  3. Responding quickly and professionally to customer needs, taking ownership of issues until resolved.
  4. Maintaining good customer relations by providing a professional, efficient, and helpful service.
  5. Managing customer communication regarding order receipt, machine availability, delivery lead times, and dispatch confirmations.
  6. Liaising with other departments for forecasting, stock allocation, and order confirmations.
  7. Building relationships with key customers and understanding external relationships to advise on pricing and contracts.
  8. Assisting with invoice queries and warranty returns, including documentation and credit requests.
