Job summary

Bizerba (UK) Ltd is seeking a friendly and organised Customer Service Representative & Supply Chain Administrator based near Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. The role links sales, operations and delivery to ensure timely, accurate support while keeping supply chain processes running smoothly.

You will provide responsive customer service, process orders, coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and logistics, and generate routine reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or supply chain administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail for order processing and record keeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience using ERP or order management systems.
• Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email, logging and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
• Process sales orders, enter order data and maintain order records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams to track stock, delivery dates and shortages.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, track supplier acknowledgements and follow up on outstanding items.
• Monitor order status, update customers on progress and elevate exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment documentation and assist with reconciliations.
• Produce routine reports on order volumes, fulfillment metrics and supplier performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline customer service and supply chain processes.
