This fast-paced role focuses on exceptional customer service, staff training, payroll accuracy, and resolving customer issues. You will work flexibly, supervising or managing a team and ensuring compliance with legal standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working with, as well as managing a team.
• An excellent communicator and have some experience in supervising or managing a team.
• Practical experience in the retail trade.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 40+ colleagues across reception and checkout area.
• Ensure that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely payroll records.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and use feedback to improve service.
• Liaise with other department Supervisors to monitor orders for delivery.
