The role offers exposure to fast-moving operations in Food Wholesaling, with responsibilities across cash handling, payroll, and customer engagement, reporting to senior store management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal standards and company procedures are followed at all times.
• Train staff in cash handling to minimise losses.
• Control debt and recover overdue payments from customers.
• Maintain payroll records accurately and on time.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and improve service.
• Liaise with other supervisors to monitor delivery orders.
• Manage a team at reception and checkout with a customer-focused approach.
