We have a part time 18.5hr permanent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our library service.
The successful candidate will be based at Ossett Library and will have direct management responsibility of 4 Customer Service Assistants. You will be responsible for Health and Safetycompliance, staff rotas, monitoring and reporting incidents and maintenance, stock management processes and motivating your team to ensure Ossett Library provides an excellent standard of customer care and an exceptional customer experience to all library users.
