Job summary

OurCoop is seeking enthusiastic colleagues to join the in-store team, supporting daily store operations and delivering excellent service to customers and members. You’ll be involved in checkouts, shop floor, housekeeping, date code checks, temperature checks, administration and the in-store bakery, while promoting membership benefits.

Flexibility is welcomed, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Training and support are provided to help you develop and progress within the co-operative

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and be customer-facing.
• Ability to work across a busy retail environment and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Cover checkouts, shop floor, housekeeping and administration tasks.
• Perform date code checks and temperature checks as needed.
• Assist in-store bakery operations and promote membership benefits to customers.
• Provide excellent service to customers and communities daily.
