Job summary

Co-op is looking for a Customer Team Member to join a friendly, fast-moving store team. You’ll help deliver essential services, assist with online orders or post/ bakery operations, and be a familiar face in the community while promoting Co-op membership.

You’ll contribute to stocking shelves, keeping prices and stock data accurate, and delivering a great shopping experience every day. Training and support are provided to help you grow within the Coop group.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with a welcoming approach.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts in a busy store.
• Interest in retail and helping customers in the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and help resolve shopper needs.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
