OurCoop in the East Midlands is seeking friendly, proactive colleagues to join our multi-skilled store team. In this role you will support day-to-day store operations, checkouts, shop floor work, housekeeping, and in-store tasks, while promoting our membership benefits to customers.

No prior experience needed; a warm, approachable manner and willingness to learn are valued. We offer flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, training, and a chance to contribute to local communities.

Qualifications

• Handle checkouts and assist customers on the shop floor.
• Support housekeeping, price and date-code checks, and general store administration.
• Participate in in-store bakery duties when needed.
