Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Member to join our store team and help deliver friendly, helpful service to the local community. You’ll assist on the shop floor and tills, keeping shelves stocked and prices accurate while supporting daily operations and potential post office or online order duties.

We offer full training and a flexible weekend/evening pattern with regular overtime; join us to contribute to community connections and Co-op membership benefits.

Qualificações

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Handle stock, pricing, dates and stock accuracy.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community.
• Support store operations and assist with post office, bakery, or online orders as needed.
