Job summary

Panda in Bromborough is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the Customer Contact Centre team. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling, emailing and using Live Chat, helping with queries about waste services and guiding them through digital tools.

Hours are 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday. Full contact centre training is provided, so prior experience is not essential. We value clear communication and a friendly, professional manner to keep services running smoothly.

Responsibilities
