Currys Business in Poole is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Business Contact Centre on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will deliver professional customer service to partners, business customers and store hubs, handling inquiries and guiding cases to resolution.

You will manage inbound calls, emails and social queries, ensuring accuracy, data safety and adherence to SLAs while supporting customers with refunds, billing and service questions.
