Join Our Team as a Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist!

Are you passionate about property and eager to make a difference? Do you have exceptional communication skills and a flair for customer service? If so, we want YOU to be a part of our dynamic team in Stockport!

Position: Customer Service / Sales Support
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: 24,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Commission: KPI Based, Uncapped

Key Responsibilities:

Enquiry Management: Handle incoming enquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information to potential tenants. Experience with Street software is a plus!


Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage, exceeding client expectations and building long-lasting relationships.


Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Lettings Associates and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.


Reporting: Provide updates during daily sales meetings and maintain our Monday Kaban and Trackers.


Database Management: Keep our database (Street) accurate and up to date, ensuring efficient traffic of all relevant information.


Product Knowledge: Understand the unique selling points of all current developments and effectively communicate these to clients.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Numerate and computer literate, with strong organisational skills
A proactive, self-motivated team player
A genuine passion for property and a desire to learn and grow
Tenacity and charisma to overcome objections and drive success
