• Provides world-class customer service, creating a friendly, welcoming experience during both rental and return.
• Identifies and maximizes opportunities to increase revenue to meet targets.
• Resolves a wide variety of issues across the rental journey using Hertz tools and processes.
• Works in a fast-paced environment to meet quality, service, and performance goals.
• Adheres to SOPs for valeting, delivery and collection; protects customer data under GDPR.
• Supports continuous improvement and best practice sharing to enhance service.
