Job summary

Workshop Recruitment seeks a Customer Service Sales Advisor for an in-office role in Whiteley. You will handle inbound calls, support sales growth, and engage lapsed customers to promote services while expanding the customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and route to appropriate teams.
• Support the Manager to implement the sales growth strategy.
• Contact lapsed customers to win back and upsell services.
• Develop new customer base in areas with low penetration.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Log all activity in the CRM including calls, emails and quotes.
• Support achievement of daily, monthly and annual targets.
