Office Angels in Wimbledon is seeking a confident communicator to join a growing business. You will manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels, and process orders accurately while building strong customer relationships.

You will proactively identify sales opportunities, promote products, and collaborate with Sales, Accounts and Operations to deliver an outstanding service experience. This role offers a friendly, collaborative culture in a modern office setting.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring an outstanding service experience
• Proactively contacting customers to identify sales opportunities and support business growth
• Promoting products and upselling where appropriate
• Liaising closely with internal departments including Sales, Accounts and Operations
• Supporting customers throughout their buying journey and resolving queries professionally
