Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to join our branch team. You will develop customer relationships, handle telephone and electronic queries, and drive sales promotions to meet branch and personal targets.

Working hours are around 45 per week, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. You will need telesales or customer service experience, be organised, target-driven and a team player who can also work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to deliver results under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused, target-driven and a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone queries and handle electronic inquiries to promote products.
• Ensure customer needs are met for parts orders and queries.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promotions.
• Learn product knowledge and use the E-learning portal to improve performance.
