Job summary

Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver excellent service to public sector customers such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities. You’ll learn product lines, process orders, and coordinate deliveries to keep customers updated throughout their journey.

Role requires a full UK driving licence for 3.5-tonne van duties and the ability to perform manual tasks safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing environment.
• Previous industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Passion for working with people.
• Positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to assist customer interactions according to JPS values.
• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (face-to-face and over the phone).
• Use in-house systems to process orders, organise delivery times, and update customers.
• Keep the branch and yard tidy to create a great first impression for customers.
• Maintain stock levels with regular stock counts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement.
