Dunwall in Paisley is seeking a Customer Service Sales Advisor for our busy contact centre. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional sales while maintaining high service standards; you will handle enquiries via phone, email, and online channels and contribute to the site’s revenue growth.

The role offers a 40-hour week across Mon-Fri and Saturdays on a rotational basis, with salary £28-£32K DOE plus a bonus.

• Effectively and efficiently work towards, and achieve, individual KPI's and have a positive impact on overall company revenue.
• Be target driven and show ability to increase performance & skills while developing through company Competency Levels.
• Deal with any customer complaints or challenges effectively as a first point of contact.
• Be a champion representative of the Company Brand for all customers.

Customer Service Sales Advisor

Location : Paisley

Salary : £28-£32K DOE + Bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY

We currently have an exciting full time vacancy for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join our client with an immediate start date.

The Paisley branch is going through an aggressive expansion phase, therefore progression through the company is highly probable for the correct candidate.

The Sales Advisor will ensure all customers receive the highest level of service, and in doing so, maximise the revenue potential of the site. You will be based in our Contact Centre and be responsible for delivering all company processes in relation to our customers to ensure a cost-efficient positive contribution is made to the overall business.

WORKING HOURS

Our Paisley Branch is open 6 days per week and the successful candidate's normal working hours will be 40 hours per week, to cover the following hours on a rotational basis:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Saturday : 10:00am to 4:00pm
