Job summary

Volvo Trucks Thetford is seeking a proactive Service Advisor/CSR to manage the reception, greet customers, and coordinate service work. You will schedule MOTs, liaise with the workshop, and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.

Service Advisor/CSR - Thetford

Salary up to £28k + bonus + overtime!

Shift pattern - rotating weekly

Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1700hrs

Saturday on a rota basis 0700hrs to 1200hrs

What Will You Be Doing

Working in a busy fast paced role based in reception area

• Manage reception area and be main point of contact for customers
• Schedule service appointments/MOTs and follow up with customersLiaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received
• Preparation and provision of invoices to customers at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
• carry out site administration
