Job summary

CLdN Cargo Ipswich is hiring two Customer Services Representatives to support cargo bookings and logistics operations. The roles involve coordinating with hauliers, customers, ports and customs, while working with colleagues across the UK and Europe to resolve issues and improve processes.

If so, we are looking for 2 Customer Services Representative to work and strengthen the team in our Ipswich Office. This is initially a temporary position with a view to transitioning to a permanent contract, subject to performance and business requirements.

Your role

• Customer Service & Operations: Provide high quality services for cargo bookings.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hauliers, customers, ports and customs authorities to ensure seamless logistics.
• Cross Team Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues across the UK and European offices to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Customs & Documentation: Assist with customs procedures and ensure all transport documentation is accurate.
• Problem Solving: Take ownership of challenges, identify root causes and drive effective solutions.

Your profile

• Have proven administration experience preferably within a transport or shipping environment.
• Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Possess a flexible approach to work
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good Customer Service skills
• To understand IT systems
• Be able to work to a high level of accuracy with attention to detail
• Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team
