• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and various other departments to facilitate changes requested by customers and communicate any initiated changes proactively.
• Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth handling of their business.
• Make requested changes to existing bookings and advise of any associated costs.
• Engage with customers regarding changes in booking patterns.
• Identify appropriate solutions in the face of disruptions wherever possible and manage customer complaints effectively.
• Implement strategic directions, such as introducing new online tools or promoting new services to customers.
