Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Derry/Londonderry area. You will warmly greet customers, guide them through the rental process, and present vehicle options, rates, and add-ons.

You’ll handle rental agreements and perform vehicle inspections with customers, ensuring smooth deliveries and returns across the region. We seek friendly, customer-focused individuals with prior service experience and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with the rental process from start to finish.
• Provide information about vehicle options, rates, and additional services such as insurance and GPS.
• Process rental agreements accurately and ensure all documentation is completed and signed.
• Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rentals and note any pre-existing damage.
• Delivery and collection of vehicles across the region.
• Address inquiries or concerns about the rental experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow company policies regarding vehicle maintenance, safety, and regulatory requirements.

We’re looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Derry/Londonderry area . This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service to customers renting vehicles for their travel needs.

This a position starting immediately. This role requires flexibility with shifts available across seven days a week.

The pay for this position will be £30,209.40 per annum.

The number of contracted hours will be 45 per week - flexibility with working days and times is essential.

• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and signed by the customer
• Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rental periods, noting any pre-existing damage and explaining the return procedures
• Delivery and collection of vehicles across the region
• Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers regarding their rental experience, resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, safety, and security, adhering to all regulatory requirements
