Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Cumbria team, starting immediately. You will greet customers, guide them through the rental process, deliver and collect vehicles, and explain options, rates and insurance.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, prior customer service experience, strong attention to detail and multitasking ability, plus flexibility for evenings and weekends. A full UK driving licence and being 21+ are required. Location: Penrith.

Overview

We’re looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Cumbria Area. This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service to customers renting vehicles for their travel needs. This a position starting immediately. The pay for this position will be £30,911.40 per annum. The number of contracted hours will be 45 per week - flexibility with working days and times is essential. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon their arrival, assisting them with the rental process from start to finish
• Delivery and collection of vehicles across the region
• Provide information about available vehicle options, rental rates, and additional services such as insurance coverage and GPS navigation systems
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and signed by the customer
• Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rental periods, noting any pre-existing damage and explaining the return procedures
• Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers regarding their rental experience, resolving issues promptly and effectively

Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, safety, and security, adhering to all regulatory requirements
