Job summary

EE in Truro is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor for our contact centre. You'll take incoming calls from existing customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guiding them through our range of tech products.

You should be a great listener and fluent speaker, comfortable hitting targets, and enjoy a sociable, supportive team environment. The role is 20 hours a week, part-time late shift (Mon-Fri 16:45–21:00) with uncapped commission and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to listen well and match customers to products.
• No cold calling; calls come in to you.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
