Job summary

EE's Truro contact centre is looking for a sales advisor to join a lively team. You'll take incoming calls from EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. The role offers 20-hour, part-time shifts with uncapped commission, strong benefits, flexible leave and real opportunities to grow with EE.

Monday - Friday 16:45 PM to 21:00 PM

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
