Job summary

EE in Truro is hiring a Sales Advisor for a 20-hour part-time shift pattern, Monday–Friday 16:45–21:00, to help EE customers with their phone and broadband needs.

You’ll join a lively sales team and will be trained to handle incoming calls, explain product options, and guide customers to the best deals. A focus on listening and talking skills helps match customers to the right products.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
