Job summary

EE is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor for our Truro contact centre. You will take incoming calls from existing EE customers, guiding them to the best phone and broadband deals and helping them navigate our tech products.

We value listeners who can match customers with the right product and enjoy a little healthy competition. We offer a part-time 20-hour pattern with shifts Monday to Friday 16:45–21:00 and a pay progression that starts around £13,928 and can rise after eight months, plus

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• You should be comfortable with targets.
• Able to explain complex products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from EE customers to help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Explain and navigate EE product options to match customer needs.
• Provide friendly, confident assistance and upsell where appropriate.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
