Job summary

EE's Truro contact centre is hiring a Sales Advisor to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best mobile and broadband deals. You’ll learn the products and how to match customers with the right plan, while delivering friendly, confident service.

The role is 20 hours per week, part-time late shifts Monday to Friday 16:45–21:00. EE offers uncapped commission, great benefits including 24/7 GP appointments for you and your family, free parking and discounts on EE

Qualifications

• You need to be outgoing and energetic with strong conversation skills.
• Experience in retail or hospitality helps you connect with customers.
• Able to listen well and match customers with the right product.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from existing EE customers and explain the best phone and broadband deals.
• Help customers navigate EE products and services and answer questions.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, customer-first manner.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
