Bucks and Berks Recruitment is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for a busy business centre in Slough. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a welcoming experience while supporting administration and facilities tasks.
This varied front-of-house role offers progression opportunities, with a Monday to Friday 8:30–17:30 schedule (client may consider 4 days per week). The package includes a £27k base plus £1k bonus and excellent benefits.
We are looking for a friendly, professional and highly organised Customer Service Representative to join our client, a busy Business Centre in Slough. This is a varied front-of-house role that combines customer service, administration, facilities support and client liaison responsibilities.
As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business centre.
The successful candidate will initially join us as a CSR with the opportunity to develop and progress within the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to establish themselves within a growing business and take on additional responsibilities over time.
£27k plus £1k bonus and excellent benefits.
Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30 although the client would consider 4 days per week.
