Job summary

A leading electrical and electronics company based in Hook is seeking a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for B2B customers, responsible for handling inquiries and managing customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and be fluent in English and Italian. The position includes a salary of £30,000 plus performance-related bonuses, and a friendly work atmosphere focused on continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP applications.
• Experience with CRM Systems such as Salesforce.com.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for B2B customers.
• Handle written and phone correspondence with customers and partners.
• Interface between customers and various departments.
• Ensure adherence to KPI Service Levels.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Maintain data in ERP and CRM systems.
• Manage customer complaints.

• Interface between customers and Neutrik Organization (Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Management)
• Adhering to the KPI Service Levels
• Continuous Improvement feedback of the Customer Service Processes
• Data Maintenance in ERP and CRM Systems
• Complaint Management

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is £30,000, plus a performance-related bonus.
