MyAmici in Glasgow seeks a graduate to join the customer service team, serving as the first point of contact and helping customers manage time-sensitive orders. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset, with desirable biotech experience or a related degree. Training will lead to a hybrid work pattern with on-site days.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and spoken English communication.

What you'll be doing:

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers
• Support scientists at the cutting edge of biotech by helping them manage their time-sensitive and business-critical orders
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth, efficient order process
• Help turn challenges into opportunities to impress by delivering stellar support experiences
• Resolve escalations and complaints
• Work cross-functionally with our sourcing teams to give best in class end-to-end customer service
• Be flexible with your working hours depending on business needs. Shifts can vary and hours fall anywhere between 9am and midnight

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• Experience in the biotech industry or a relevant degree (desirable)

This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week on site after your training. Assessment day: Friday 30 October 2026 at our office in Hillington.
