Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers.
• Support scientists with time-sensitive and business-critical orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth orders.
• Resolve escalations and complaints and deliver stellar support experiences.
• Work cross-functionally with sourcing teams for end-to-end customer service.
