Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services in Basildon, Essex, is recruiting a part-time Customer Service Planner on a fixed-term contract until June 2027. The role handles high volumes of calls to schedule appointments with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and supervisors to meet service level agreements.

You will work with our in-house system to allocate operatives and subcontractors, handle complex repairs, and manage demanding customers while maintaining confidence and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Office administration experience is essential.
• Good phone abilities and communication skills across levels.
• Good administration skills and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for future jobs using the in-house system.
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and supervisors to ensure SLAs are met.
• Handle calls and emails, managing residents with professional communication.
• Discuss complex repairs and manage demanding customers to maintain confidence.
