Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services Limited is recruiting a Customer Service Planner for Basildon, Essex, on a fixed-term, part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will handle high volumes of calls from clients, subcontractors and residents, scheduling appointments to meet SLAs and avoid false promises.

Using our in-house system, you’ll allocate operatives to jobs, manage complex repairs, and maintain confidence with customers.

Qualifications

• Office administration experience is essential.
• Good phone abilities and communication with stakeholders at different levels.
• Good administration skills and computer skills.
• Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Able to work towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments using the in-house system to organise operatives and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and supervisors to meet SLAs and avoid false promises.
• Handle high volumes of calls via telephone and email from residents and stakeholders.
• Discuss complex repairs and demanding customers to maintain customer confidence.
