Job summary

Tenpin is seeking energetic individuals for a dual role: Customer Service Assistant and Pin Technician. You will greet customers, manage bookings, serve food and drinks, and contribute to a safe, clean, and fun bowling centre. As a Pin Technician you’ll help maintain lanes and equipment to ensure the best bowling experience.

The role requires a friendly personality, initiative, and reliability. Evening and weekend work is expected; 18+ years old due to health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• No previous bowling or machinery experience is required, just a willingness to learn.
• Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends) will be required.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at reception and for parties.
• Handle bookings, answer questions, and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and manage food and drinks service.
• Maintain bowling equipment and lanes to a high standard as a Pin Technician.
• Support a positive, friendly team atmosphere and assist with general site maintenance.
