Job summary

Tenpin - Chester is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience at our busy entertainment centre. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events, and help serve food and drinks while keeping the venue welcoming and tidy.

The role requires confidence, energy and a positive attitude, with full flexibility for evenings and weekends. No experience is necessary as we train you to excel in a fun, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fully flexible including evenings and weekends.
