Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Systems Coordinator for a Hybrid role in Warwick. The successful candidate will coordinate engineering drawing changes, administer SAP concessions and maintain PLM data across global stakeholders.

You will lead online meetings, track progress, and ensure clear communication of priorities, decisions and actions. A mechanical engineering background and Siemens NX experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with Siemens NX for minor drawing changes.
• Experience with SAP for engineering concessions.
• Experience using PLM systems to manage data and workflows.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.

Responsabilités

• Manage the intake, review, prioritisation and tracking of drawing alteration requests.
• Coordinate with engineers to clarify requested drawing changes and delivery expectations.
• Implement minor drawing updates in Siemens NX within approved routes.
• Apply GD&T knowledge when coordinating amendments.
• Create, update and monitor engineering concessions in SAP.
• Maintain PLM data, revision status and documentation.
• Schedule and chair global online meetings and capture actions.
• Provide progress updates and escalate delivery risks.
