Job summary

Newly Weds Foods Limited is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our UK team. You’ll process customer orders, coordinate deliveries and keep customers informed across the UK and Europe, working with Sales, Supply Chain, Production and Warehousing to ensure accurate information and timely responses.

The role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities using our IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately from receipt to confirmation.
• Raise orders and maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Support the Customer Service team with day-to-day administration.
• Organise transport for urgent orders when required.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and Sales teams about orders and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Log and assist with resolution of complaints in line with procedures.
• Produce reports relating to OTIF, complaints and corrective actions.
