Espuk is seeking a Customer Service Operations Support to ensure efficient delivery of customer service and operational activities. Based at head office in Tamworth, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Service team and across departments, coordinating orders, deliveries, and communications.

You will analyse reports, monitor delivery metrics, and collaborate with multiple teams to minimise disruption and enhance customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Customer service/administration experience.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Able to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Customer Services team and wider business.
• Coordinate orders, collections, deliveries and replacement requests.
• Manage shared inbox and maintain records and documentation.
• Support customs and compliance for UK and Ireland deliveries.
