Job summary

Scolmore Group in Tamworth is seeking a Customer Service Operations Support to help ensure smooth delivery of customer service and operational activities across the business. You will provide administrative support to the Customer Service team, coordinate orders, deliveries and replacements, manage shared inboxes, and assist with reporting and cross‑functional communications.

• Relevant experience in customer service or administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Customer Services team and wider business.
• Coordinate orders, collections, deliveries and replacement requests.
• Manage shared inbox and maintain accurate records.
• Support customs and compliance processes related to UK deliveries.
• Produce operational reports and monitor performance metrics.
