Espuk is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Department at the head office in Tamworth. You will support the efficient delivery of customer service and operations, acting as a link between customers, the sales team and internal departments.

This office-based role runs 9:30am–5:30pm. You will manage orders, quotations and inquiries, using Sage ERP and internal systems to keep customers informed and ensure accurate data across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor key account orders, deliveries and service levels; build strong relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee forward orders, call-offs and projects for assigned customers.
• Handle calls and enquiries from customers, the external sales team and the public.
• Process online and email orders using Sage ERP and in-house systems.
• Prepare customer quotations and provide product part numbers and basic technical information.
• Manage two to four designated sales areas and support Area Sales Managers.
• Answer overflow calls from the switchboard and respond to emails.
• Upload and file paperwork; coordinate with other departments for rework and online ordering setup.
