MET Recruitment UK LTD is recruiting a Customer Service Manager in Wednesbury to lead the customer service and office function within a busy manufacturing environment. You will oversee sales order processing, act as the main contact for customer inquiries and support the broader operational team.

The role combines customer service leadership with office management, project support and collaboration across departments to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day customer service function to ensure high service levels.
• Oversee sales order processing and efficient handling of customer requirements.
• Be the primary contact for customer service queries and issues.
• Support and lead the Customer Service Coordinator and wider team.
• Maintain effective office systems, processes and procedures.
• Provide admin support to the seni or leadership team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Support operational projects including efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Liaise with the People team on starters, leavers and related processes.
• Support Health & Safety activities, compliance and training.
• Coordinate suppliers and external service providers.
