Job summary

AB Agri in Toomebridge, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator on a fixed term contract until end of March 2027. You will process orders end-to-end, support the GB & Ireland team, manage records in ERP, and help with invoicing and supplier payments.

The role requires customer-facing experience, strong organisation, and good communication. ERP experience (D365) and cross-border knowledge are valued; forklift exposure is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or customer-facing administrative role.
• Experience managing a varied customer base and delivering high-quality service.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication and ability to build positive relationships.
• Experience using D365 or a similar ERP system.
• Forklift operation is desirable but not essential.
• Understanding of cross-border product movement (NI/ROI/GB) or customs processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders end-to-end and manage delivery expectations.
• Support GB & Ireland teams, including frequent warehouse support.
• Maintain accurate records across ERP systems and shared folders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support invoicing, price lists and respond to customer queries.
• Assist with supplier payments and customs/supply chain activities.
