Job summary

Just Temps is seeking an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator for a well-established manufacturer in Sudbury, Suffolk. The role is full-time, office-based, with 8:30am–5:00pm hours and an immediate start, focusing on handling customer care and warranty service requests for clients.

You will work with customers, service engineers and internal teams to ensure issues are logged, tracked and resolved. A busy, varied environment requires accuracy, CRM and Excel familiarity, and the ability to

• Busy office environment experience essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Confident with CRM systems and portals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and action customer service requests from clients.
• Log service requests in CRM with complete information.
• Contact clients to arrange appointments.
• Update customer portals with progress on service calls.
• Maintain Excel service diary to manage workloads.
• Coordinate with engineers and colleagues throughout service process.
• Support team with general admin duties when required.
