We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day customer service operations. This role is central to ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently, contractors are coordinated effectively, and internal administration runs smoothly. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional evenings/weekends for weddings, festivals, or events).
