Our activities include residential and mixed-use projects, managing our own property portfolio, and providing real estate management services on a fee or contract basis. Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day customer service operations. This role is central to ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently, contractors are coordinated effectively, and internal administration runs smoothly. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage inbound customer enquiries, responding promptly and accurately via phone and email.
  • Identify customer needs and provide clear guidance on available services and features.
  • Undertake acceptance checks and property inspections as required.
  • Produce work schedules and allocate tasks appropriately to sub-contractors.
  • Monitor progress of assigned works and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Collect, review, and follow up on customer feedback through customer surveys.
  • Carry out day-to-day office administration to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly organized and up to date.
  • Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer service management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations professionally and effectively.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors or third parties is desirable.
  • Competency in office administration and standard IT systems.
