Customer Service Manager - Cheltenham

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our store team in Cheltenham. This is a full-time role, and flexibility with your working pattern will be essential.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.

You will also:

  • Drive your team to deliver personable, polite, and prompt service in the checkout area
  • Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers
  • Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
  • Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
  • Ensure compliance with company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
  • Ensure company property, cash, and stock are secure at all times
  • Play a vital part in making our stores a fun place to work!
About You

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused, and driven team players with a passion for retail and delivering great service.

It is essential that applicants have:
